This app stores player details, guardian contacts, and attendance records for coaching purposes.
What we store
- Player name, team, and date of birth (optional).
- Contact information for players and guardians.
- Medical notes supplied during registration.
- Attendance records for each session.
Access & retention
Only authorised coaches with the admin access key can view or edit registrations and attendance. Update or delete records when a player leaves the programme.
